Standard Frames
RoofScreen SC3 Frame
(Cantilevered Three Member Frame)The SC3 consists of 3 round galvanized tube members, stainless steel connector fittings and our Square Base Support system which allows adjustment for roof slope and a watertight connection. This system is highly adjustable during installation and does not require perfect alignment of the front Base Supports from frame to frame.
SC3 frames are designed to be used as the primary structural supports for equipment screens on flat and low sloped commercial rooftops. The frames can accommodate virtually any type of face panels or materials to achieve the desired aesthetics for the building. The Base Support system can attach in a watertight manner to any type of roof construction, occasionally needing additional structural blocking or reinforcement.
RoofScreen SC5 Frame
(Cantilevered Five Member Frame)The SC5 is a heavy-duty frame designed for tall equipment screens and high wind areas. It consists of 5 round galvanized tube members, stainless steel connector fittings and our Square Base Support system which allows adjustment for roof slope and a watertight connection. This system is highly adjustable during installation and does not require perfect alignment of the front Base Supports from frame to frame.

RoofScreen NC3 Frame
(Non-Cantilevered Three Member Frame)The NC3 frame consists of 3 round galvanized tube members, stainless steel connector fittings and our Square Base Support system which allows adjustment for roof slope and a watertight connection. With this configuration the vertical tube is connected directly to the front Base Support. This greatly increases strength of the frame but takes away front-to-back adjustability of the screen face. This means the Base Supports must be installed in a perfect line to have a straight screen.

The RotoLock® Support
Standard Frames feature our RotoLock® Square Base Attachment System and are the most common and versatile frames we provide. Standard framing options stand up to all but the most extreme wind loads.
The RotoLock® feature allows each pair of assemblies to be adjusted for roof pitch then completely locked in place, creating a moment-resisting frame. This system is ideal for roof structures that have limited ability to resist moment loads (torque) at the roof connections (e.g. open web steel joists).
Our RotoLock® Square Base Supports include specially designed Base Cap Assemblies that counter-flash over the roof flashing boots by 2.4″ and include rubber sealing gaskets for the highest quality waterproofing detail possible.
