Light-Duty Frames
RoofScreen LT™ Frame
(Light-Duty Frame With Square Post Supports)Need a quick and simple HVAC Screening solution? Whether you are looking to satisfy an ordinance or hide a rooftop eyesore, the RoofScreen LT™ has you covered.
The RoofScreen LT™ is the fastest installing frame we offer. The light-duty frame system consists of 3 square galvanized tube members and our Square Post Support system, which allows adjustment for roof slope and a watertight connection. This system is adjustable during installation and does not require perfect alignment of the front Post Supports from frame to frame.
RoofScreen LT™ frames are designed to be used as the primary structural supports for equipment screens on flat and low sloped commercial rooftops. The frames can accommodate virtually any type of face panel to achieve the desired aesthetics for the building. The Square Post Support system can attach in a watertight manner to any type of roof construction, occasionally needing additional structural blocking or reinforcement.
RoofScreen SC3R Frame
(Cantilevered Three Member Frame With Round Post Supports)The SC3R frame consists of 3 round galvanized tube members, stainless steel connector fittings and our Round Post Support system which allows adjustment for roof slope and a watertight connection. This system is highly adjustable during installation and does not require perfect alignment of the front Base Supports from frame to frame.

RoofScreen NC2R Frame
(Two Member Frame With Round Post Supports)The NC2R is a fast installing, light-duty frame consisting of two round galvanized tube members, stainless steel connector fittings and our Round Post Support system which allows adjustment for roof slope and a watertight connection.
With this configuration, the vertical tube is connected directly to the front Base Support, eliminating front-to-back adjustability of the screen face. This means the Base Supports must be installed in a perfect line to have a straight screen.
Square Post Support
Light-Duty Frames are our most economical offering, but have certain limitations. These Frames are fast to install and perfect for flat rooftops in low wind areas.
Light-Duty frames attach via Square Post Supports (shown) or Round Post Supports and are adjustable to account for insulation thickness. Light-Duty frames do not reduce the moment loads (torque) at the connection points. This means the roof deck and structure below must be strong enough to overcome those loads (e.g. concrete, wide flange beams, etc.).
Worried about flashing a square post? Don’t be! We’ve made it easy by providing square flashing boots alongside our proprietary FlashClamp for a completely waterproof detail. (We take this waterproofing thing seriously.)
Round Post Support

RoofScreen® Round Post Attachments provide increased flexibility for height because the Slip-On Cap and Roof Flashing Boot are independent of each other allowing for a range of adjustment.
